A separate menu

Events, trade shows and corporate.

This is the second thing we do, kept deliberately separate from the podcast business. A solo videographer films and hands over a clip. We plan the coverage, run the cameras, manage the audio, and turn one event into many assets.

How event work runs

The deliverable list is locked before the event.

It is where every event budget leaks. We get it in writing so nobody argues after the room clears.

We price deliverables, not hours.

The lever is how many finished pieces you need. We ask what you are going to do with it before we quote.

Every concurrent room needs its own operator and audio plan.

Multi-room days scale fast. We quote them that way.

Certificate of insurance, every time.

Javits, convention centers, hotels and catering halls will not let anyone load in without one naming the venue. We issue it a week out.

50% deposit at booking, balance the day of.

Standard in this industry.
