How booking works.

01

No contract.

No minimum, no monthly commitment, no auto-renew. One session, one invoice.

02

The raw files are yours.

Every session, every lane. Most studios keep them. We hand them over.

03

Raw means raw.

Studio hours, full days and on-site recording are footage only. Editing is the Package, or quoted on its own.

04

Reschedules need 72 hours.

Inside that window the session is billed.

Before you book.

If it is not answered here, ask. We reply to every message.

Ask a question
What do I actually have to do?

Show up and talk. We write the questions, run the room, and handle everything after. Most clients block one morning a month.

Is there a contract?

No. No minimum, no monthly commitment, no auto-renew. One session, one invoice. Book again, or don’t.

Who owns the footage?

You do. The raw files are yours and we hand them over with every session. Most studios keep them.

Where do you record?

In our studio in Queens, or at your office, practice or conference room anywhere in the five boroughs and Long Island.

What is the difference between a studio session and the Package?

A studio session is raw footage: you record, you leave with the files. The Code 7 Package is the same session, in our studio, fully edited into a full episode and fifteen clips, and posted for you.

Can you edit footage I already have?

Yes. Editing, clips and posting are quoted per project. Send us what you have.

What if I’m not good on camera?

Almost nobody is at first, and it isn’t required. The conversation is directed. You just answer.

How fast do I get the files?

Raw files land within 72 hours. Package deliverables follow standard turnaround.

What about reschedules?

Reschedules need 72 hours’ notice. Inside that window the session is billed.

We want to record regularly. Is there a plan for that?

Yes. Recurring sessions get a custom setup: a standing day each month, a series, or a second crew for your production company. Tell us the cadence and we will quote it.
